Mold Testing & Inspection Company in Indiana

Serving Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Wayne Township, and Evansville, Indiana

Indiana Mold Testing and InspectionsWhen a new company goes into the mold business in Indiana, they have a couple of options. They can choose to specialize in mold testing and inspection or mold removal and remediation. Or they can choose to do both.  The reason that Mold Test USA only offers mold testing and inspection services is because we feel that it not only allows us to focus on being the best at what we do, it also keeps everyone honest and diligent.

Why “Doing It All” Doesn’t Mean It All Gets Done

Remember in high school, when your math teacher would hand out they answer key to your homework before she assigned it? No? That’s because it didn’t happen. Hiring one company to perform your inspection and remediation services is pretty much the same thing.  Try this scenario out:

You smell what you think is mold. You call an all-in-one mold inspection and remediation service. They come out, perform an “inspection,” and find mold. Yes, lots of mold, and it needs to be removed immediately. They come in and do “large-scale” mold remediation. Suddenly the package inspection/remediation deal they offered has extra fees tacked on. And then they’re gone. No double checking to make sure they got all of it. And no results that you can hold onto for peace of mind, or bring to your doctor in the case of mold sickness.

Now try these scenarios:

You smell what you think is mold. You call Mold Test USA. We come in and find mold. We send the results of your inspection to dedicated, certified laboratories where biologists and microbiologists interpret your results and send them back in plain English. It turns out your mold is non-toxic and, since you’re not having mold-illness symptoms, you can take care of it yourself. Look at all the money you just saved.

Or

You smell what you think is mold. You call Mold Test USA. We come in and find mold. We send your results to the lab and our biologists come back and say that your mold is potentially dangerous and should be remediated immediately. Now you call a mold remediation company. They come in and do their job. Before they leave your home, we come in to perform another inspection. Now you not only know that remediation was necessary, but that it is also complete. You can feel safe and secure, knowing that your home is mold free and healthy again.

We will hold your remediation company to their word and ensure that your mold problem has been properly taken care of. That’s because our loyalties lie with you, our client. Not with the remediation company or your wallet.

Beyond Industry Standards

At Mold Test USA, we take what we do seriously, and it shows. Most companies that offer mold testing and inspection services have few-to-no requirements for their inspectors. We do things differently. Every one of our over 200 affiliate offices hires only the best and brightest in their field. Each one of our inspectors is highly trained and certified, far beyond government regulations. Any mold inspection or remediation company will tell you that they have trained inspectors, but when you ask for their certification, they don’t have anything to show you. They’ll tell you it’s not required and, for the most part, they’re right. That doesn’t mean it’s not important though.
